Job Description

• Perform civil and structural inspections at site in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Check civil and structural related materials for quality, compliance, and suitability before approval.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks at site to ensure adherence to design drawings and construction standards.
• Document inspection findings, test results, and observations in detailed reports and site records.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications and escalate issues to project management.
• Conduct material testing and measurements to confirm specifications are met.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other site personnel to communicate inspection requirements and findings.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all inspections, certifications, and approvals for project documentation.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil and structural inspection.
• Extensive experience in mega water and wastewater facilities, including pump stations, shafts, and Sewage Treatment Plants.
• Proven expertise in conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, construction standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports and technical documentation.
