TARGET Engineering Construction Company is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector for a project in Dubai South.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect civil works against approved drawings and project specifications.
- Inspect structural, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Review and verify contractor Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
- Monitor site activities for compliance with quality standards and approved materials.
- Identify and report non-compliant or defective work.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and inspection teams.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant civil inspection or site supervision experience.
- Engineering consultancy experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, WIRs, and QA/QC requirements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 8,000 per month.
