Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC seeks a Civil Foreman to oversee construction projects from start to finish.
The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and effective team management to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction-site activities.
- Ensure work follows project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage site labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and support smooth project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage records.
- Deliver work according to the project schedule.
- Communicate with the team and management to address site challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction; UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills; good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and compliance standards.
- A driving license is advantageous.
