Civil Foreman

A Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities at the project site.

• The role includes managing skilled and unskilled workers, assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Key responsibilities include interpreting civil and structural drawings, setting out work, supervising concrete, masonry, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, excavation, and other civil works.
• The Civil Foreman coordinates with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
