  • Execution Develop production schedule and oversee the production is done within the time specified.
  • Preparation of production and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate with respective disciplines of work.
  • Liaise with DGM Production for effective cost control.
  • Ensure optimum usage of resources to meet the target dates.
  • Providing workers with competent supervision
  • Providing the necessary training to protect workers’ safety and health before theyBegin a new job.
  • Maintenance of machineries and equipment’s.
  • Monitoring manpower, identify the training requirements.
  • Managing and removing scraps and non-conforming products from the Production area.
  • Insist on better housekeeping through clean surroundings and better waste management systems.
  • Coordinate with Stores for material issue controls, planning of import purchase.
