Broad AL Nahrain Building Contracting seeks a Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities and manage site workers.
The position is full-time, based in person at the work site, and pays from AED 4,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Allocate tasks to workers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and site engineer instructions; monitor progress against the project schedule.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other departments.
- Check workmanship quality, report defects, and ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and daily work progress; report site issues, shortages, and delays.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use required PPE.
- Assist with measuring completed work and maintaining daily site reports.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with site safety requirements.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site operations.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience managing workers and coordinating daily site activities.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE construction experience is required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person at the project site.
