What You'll Do

  • Plan and design land development, site design, and transportation projects from concept through construction.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Assist in providing consulting engineering services to municipalities, universities, national retailers, developers, and other clients.
  • Prepare engineering plans, calculations, reports, and supporting project documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams across multiple disciplines and office locations to meet client expectations and project schedules.
  • Build relationships with clients, agency representatives, and internal team members while contributing to a collaborative project environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in land development, transportation, and/or site design.
  • Working proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and initiative.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ability to work onsite in our Sidney, OH office.
