Join the Roads & Infrastructure team in the UAE as a Civil Engineer.
The opportunity is aimed at fresh graduates seeking practical exposure to roadworks, utilities, infrastructure construction, and site engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Support site engineers in executing road and infrastructure works.
- Assist with site inspections, measurements, and construction activity monitoring.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, specifications, and technical documents.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Support quality and HSE requirements at project sites.
- Monitor progress against approved drawings and project requirements.
- Gain hands-on exposure to roadworks, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and infrastructure activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Zero to two years of Roads & Infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
- Arabic-speaking with good English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- AutoCAD familiarity is an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites and develop practical site-engineering skills; strong interest in Roads & Infrastructure.
