Overview

The Civil Engineering Expert – TFM is responsible for leading and managing all activities related to the proper functioning of transport facilities.

With a minimum of 7 years' professional experience, the expert ensures operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across civil engineering aspects of transport infrastructure.

Prior experience in transport-related facilities will be highly advantageous for ensuring reliability and sustainability of operations.

Your role

  • Facilities Operations: Lead and manage daily activities to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and vendors for facility-related services and projects.
  • Resource Management: Manage facility resources, including equipment, utilities, and staff.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve facility issues.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of facility operations.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years' work experience in facilities management; transport-related facilities experience is advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of facility systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess facility performance and implement improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth facility functioning.
