  • Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to major and complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through on assigned actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is desirable; exposure to Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project requirements, technologies, and working environments.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant design, construction, internship, co-op, or project experience.

Education and Experience

  • Successfully completing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
