Civil Engineer (Construction & Fit-Out Projects)
About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
This role requires strong coordination across multiple departments, including design, procurement, operations, and contractors.
Manage and supervise all civil engineering aspects of construction and fit-out projects
Review and validate architectural and structural drawings prior to execution
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including authority approvals and safety standards
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout all project phases
Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Support procurement by reviewing BOQs, specifications, and contractor quotations
