Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for GRC and GRP projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and shop drawings to calculate quantities and identify project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate material costs, variations, and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs and ensure accurate measurements and valuations.
- Prepare progress payment applications and variation claims.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience in GRC and/or GRP works.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation; ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Two years of UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 per month.
