Role Overview
The Civil Engineer will support construction delivery through site supervision, project coordination, and monitoring of approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule.
- Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
- Conduct site inspections and check completed work quality.
- Assist with material planning, quantity take-offs, and site requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE civil construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- AED 6,000–AED 8,000 per month.
