Central Kitchen Processing Staff / Food Preparation Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and marinate meat products according to company recipes and standards
- Produce sauces, condiments, and seasoning items for the sauce station
- Prepare ready-to-serve or semi-finished products such as braised items, marinated foods, and other kitchen products
- Ensure products are properly portioned, packed, labeled, and ready for store distribution
- Coordinate with stores to ensure products can be directly served, reheated, or simply plated for customer service
- Maintain food quality, freshness, hygiene, and consistency during preparation and packing
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage standards at all times
- Monitor ingredient usage and report shortages or quality issues
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the processing area and equipment
Job Requirements
- Experience in kitchen preparation, food processing, marination, or central kitchen operations is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
- Able to follow recipes, SOPs, and production schedules
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in Chinese cuisine, BBQ, hotpot, sauces, or braised products is an advantage
- Basic Chinese Speaking
