Job Summary

Chiller Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks, following established schedules and checklists.
• Respond to chiller-related emergencies and breakdowns promptly, making necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Respond to faults and failures reported in plants (Chillers) through the work order system.
• Visit sites to inspect, troubleshoot and correct the fault.
• Perform prescribed standard tests to ensure that the equipment (Chillers) in the plant is operating properly according to established specifications in coordination with Operations.
• Utilize proper spare parts to ensure return of chilled water supply in short period of time especially during emergencies.

Chiller Operations

• Operate and monitor chiller control systems.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Documentation

• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs and replacement parts.

Improvement

• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in chiller operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering or relevant equivalent with relevant technical training.
• Total of 3 years of experience in the Relevant Industry.
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems, including electrical and refrigeration components.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot chiller-related issues.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for chiller maintenance.
• English - Proficient.
