Experience
- Relevant work experience required or preferred for successful job performance.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in early childhood education
- Experience in a Head Start, Early Head Start, or NC Pre-K environment preferred
- Other Requirements
- Work as part of a team
- Interact professionally with clients, participants, families, staff, and external partners
- Must pass a criminal background check and substance abuse screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Work flexible hours as needed to meet program needs
- Travel between agency locations and attend meetings outside normal business hours as required
Preferred Qualifications
