About ACPN
(ACPN) is the leading subspecialist mental health and neuroscience institution, having opened its doors in Abu Dhabi in 2008.
Over the past 16+ years, ACPN has grown from a one clinic into a multi-site network spanning Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain — having touched the lives of over 100,000 patients and earning JCI accreditation as a mark of its unwavering commitment to international quality standards.
Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, neurologists, psychologists, and therapists — the majority of whom are Board-certified or trained in the US and Europe — delivers world-class, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of mental health and neurological conditions.
ACPN holds an A+ rating from DAMAN Health Insurance and maintains full licensure with DOH and DHA.
We aspire to be the most prominent Neuroscience and Mental Healthcare provider in the Middle East — and our Children's Neuroscience Services and dedicated child/adolescent programs are central to that mission.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and driven Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing clinical team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at a well-resourced, internationally recognized center where you will work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver transformative care to young patients and their families across the United Arab Emirates.

- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, neurologists, and pediatricians within the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
- Provide diagnostic and consultative services for neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning difficulties.
- Offer crisis assessment and acute mental health support for pediatric patients when required.
- Participate in psychoeducation and support sessions with families and caregivers.
- Contribute to ACPN's academic and CME activities, including conferences, masterclasses, and institutional research initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with DOH/DHA regulatory standards and JCI accreditation requirements.
- Uphold ACPN's patient-first ethos and the highest standards of clinical ethics and confidentiality.

- Familiarity with eating disorder assessment and management in young populations.
- Prior experience working in a multicultural or expatriate patient environment.
- Interest or experience in academic psychiatry, research, or CME contributions.
