About The Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale our technology function.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive innovation, build high-performing teams, and align technology initiatives with business growth and national digital transformation goals.
The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision and roadmap
- Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
Technology & Architecture
- Oversee system architecture, platform design, and technology stack decisions
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of all platforms and applications
- Lead the adoption of modern technologies (Cloud, AI, Data, Microservices, DevOps)
Engineering & Delivery
- Lead and scale engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and IT teams
- Establish best practices in software development, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and solutions
Cybersecurity & Governance
- Implement robust cybersecurity strategies and risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and data protection laws (KSA)
- Oversee IT governance, audits, and business continuity planning
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align technology with business objectives
- Communicate technical vision to non-technical executives and board members
- Manage external vendors, partners, and technology providers
People Leadership
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing technical teams
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- **12–18+ years of experience**
- in technology, with at least
- 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar leadership role
- Strong expertise in
- enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern development frameworks
- Deep understanding of
- DevOps, cybersecurity, data platforms, and system integration
- Experience delivering
- large-scale digital transformation programs
