Job Description
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be at the forefront of driving technological innovation and strategy to propel our company's growth and competitive positioning.
This executive leadership role requires a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and business objectives, ensuring our technological resources are optimally aligned with our strategic goals.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Chief Technology Officer role is to develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, drives innovation, enhances operational efficiency, and creates sustainable competitive advantage through technological leadership and resource optimization.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil & gas, utilities, or related energy infrastructure)
- Proven expertise in developing and executing technology strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong technical foundation with demonstrated expertise across multiple technology domains
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience building and managing high-performing technology teams
- Advanced stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and managing research and development initiatives
- Deep understanding of product architecture and technology infrastructure design and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the energy sector
- Familiarity with energy-specific technologies such as smart grid systems, renewable energy management, or industrial IoT solutions
- Track record of successfully scaling technology operations in regulated industries
- Knowledge of energy sector compliance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
- MBA or advanced business certification
