Chief System Analyst - IT Solutions Design and Development

Job Purpose

Strategy

• Develop and validate information-systems implementation and integration frameworks aligned with digital strategy, enterprise standards, and performance objectives.
• Define methods for system-impact assessment, change evaluation, and application dependency management.
• Recommend standardization and optimization to improve interoperability, reduce redundancy, and strengthen platform governance.
• Contribute insights and risk assessments to business cases and automation initiatives.

Operations

• Oversee analysis and execution of change requests, enhancements, and system fixes while maintaining technical soundness, compliance, and service continuity.
• Review analyses, integration models, and specifications prepared by analysts and vendors.
• Monitor production systems and integrations for risks, performance gaps, and interdependencies.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, and deployment of approved changes with developers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Validate documentation, repository updates, and version records for accuracy and traceability.

Product and Process Improvement

• Analyze performance trends, service metrics, and change outcomes to identify improvements and preventive actions.
• Recommend process and configuration enhancements; lead post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned exercises.
• Update procedures, templates, and validation criteria to improve change governance and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or computer science.
• At least 6 years of experience with a master’s degree, or at least 8 years with a bachelor’s degree.
