Omnia Ascent is seeking an experienced and well-connected Chief Surveyor to lead surveying activities while supporting business development and project acquisition across Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in surveying projects.
- Strong network within the Saudi construction and engineering market.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, client relationship, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise surveying operations and field teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Identify and secure new surveying opportunities and projects.
- Support technical and commercial proposal preparation.
- Represent the company and contribute to expanding its market presence.
