Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Riyadh.
The role includes supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, monitoring work progress, following project schedules, reporting site updates, ensuring quality standards, and supporting execution during fit-out, finishing, handover, and pre-opening stages.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of practical experience in construction, fit-out, finishing, or handover projects
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong email communication, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to supervise manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Experience in monitoring work quality, progress, and site readiness
- Ability to read drawings and understand finishing details
- Strong understanding of site coordination, sequencing, and execution requirements
- Experience in preparing daily reports and following project schedules
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 8 hours per day on site
