The role supports hotel operations, guests, and colleagues through maintenance and equipment support.
Responsibilities
- Implement the daily work schedule, carry out planned maintenance, and respond to guest requests and emergencies.
- Work with operational departments to support effective performance of their duties.
- Check and maintain air conditioning, water, and fire safety systems to required standards.
- Coordinate with departments to keep their equipment operating day to day.
- Work with external contractors and support external inspectors during inspections.
