Mesopotamia, meaning "land between the rivers," was a historical region stretching across the fertile plains surrounding and between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.

While modern-day Iraq is often associated with Mesopotamia, the region also encompassed parts of Türkiye (up to Cappadocia), Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iran.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Steward based in Doha, Qatar.

The Chief Steward will oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.

include managing inventory of kitchen and cleaning supplies, coordinating with food and beverage teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supervising and training stewarding staff.

The role also involves maintaining efficient workflows to support seamless operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
