Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience in mining, mineral processing or comparable heavy industry environments.
- Significant exposure to asset commissioning, operational ramp-up, stabilization and performance improvement.
- Experience delivering operational value through digital, analytics or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary operational, technical, project and technology stakeholders.
