Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Process Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, performance optimization, asset performance, or value realization roles.
- Experience identifying, quantifying, and tracking improvement opportunities within mining, processing, manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industrial environments.
- Experience in KPI management, operational diagnostics, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives involving operational, technical, finance, digital, and analytics stakeholders.
