About the role

Soar is a Saudi fintech startup focused on financing and investment, expanding regionally with financial and property investment products.

The Chief Product Officer will define and build an agentic-first platform intended to transform real estate workflows.

The role is a founding member of the leadership team with ownership to shape the product, team, and company.

Agentic-first product approach

  • Build around autonomous and semi-autonomous agents as core product units rather than adding chatbots to legacy workflows.
  • Focus on outcomes, with interfaces, data, and trust models designed for agent-driven work.
  • Design for transparency and human-in-the-loop control when agents act on a user's behalf.
  • Create a data and feedback loop in which transactions help improve future performance.

What you'll do

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform.
  • Build from a blank page through launch and scale; define an initial wedge, ship, learn, and expand.
  • Recruit and lead product, design, and product-engineering teams and culture.
  • Work hands-on with frontier models, agent frameworks, and emerging tools; run early or high-risk experiments.
  • Make calculated bets with incomplete information and own results.
  • Align engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership around a coherent product strategy.
  • Speak regularly with agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors and turn real-world needs into products.

Who you are

  • Have built and shipped products used by real people; 0-to-1 experience defining the problem is ideal.
  • Have worked with LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or have sufficient depth to lead a team doing so.
  • Be strategic and hands-on with prototypes, specifications, prompts, data, and metrics.
  • Be comfortable with calculated risk and decisions under uncertainty.
  • Inspire talent, communicate clearly, move with urgency, and focus on impact.

Bonus experience

  • Experience in fintech, marketplaces, agentic applications, or AI research and R&D is a bonus.
  • Founder or early-stage operator experience is a bonus.
  • A technical background or ability to engage with engineers on agent architecture is a bonus.
  • A portfolio of products, prototypes, or experiments is a bonus.
