Our client is a leading global crypto platform evolving beyond exchange into a broader financial ecosystem across trading, payments, wealth, and institutional solutions. They are looking to appoint a Chief Product Officer to lead global product strategy, product innovation, and AI-driven transformation at scale.

The Role

The Chief Product Officer will own the end-to-end product vision across all major business lines, helping shape a unified and scalable platform across spot, derivatives, payments, card, earn, wealth, and institutional products. This person will play a key role in defining the company’s long-term product direction, driving growth, improving user experience, and embedding AI across both customer-facing products and internal product workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global product strategy across all core business lines, including trading, payments, cards, wealth, earn, and institutional products
• Build an integrated product ecosystem with a seamless and consistent user experience across verticals
• Lead the growth product function across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation
• Develop and execute product-led growth strategies using data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimisation
• Drive AI adoption across products and product operations, including personalisation, intelligent workflows, automation, and AI-powered trading tools
• Identify new innovation opportunities across centralised finance, on-chain products, DeFi, and next-generation financial infrastructure
• Lead and scale a high-performing global product organisation across product management, growth, and product operations
• Translate company vision into product roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and execution plans
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and compliant products
• Establish strong product governance, operating cadence, and decision-making processes to support global growth
• Ensure product strategy reflects regulatory requirements and local market dynamics across jurisdictions

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a senior product leader in a global, high-growth environment
• Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, financial services, or digital products
• Experience leading both core product and growth/product-led growth functions
• Strong understanding of AI applications within product development and user experience
• Deep knowledge of trading systems, financial products, and user behaviour in digital asset markets
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling complex, multi-product platforms
• Strong commercial judgement with a data-driven and user-centric mindset
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly competitive environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with founders and senior executives
• Fluent English required; Mandarin is strongly preferred
