Lead a high-growth, stealth-mode joint venture between global technology leaders and Saudi national entities.
The company is developing smart-city, spatial-computing, 3D digital-twin, and sovereign-AI capabilities.
Executive Leadership and Scaling
- Lead end-to-end operational execution, business strategy, and commercial growth for a multi-million-dollar Smart City and Spatial AI platform.
Smart City and Spatial Technology
- Spearhead commercial deployment of 3D digital twins, geospatial AI, map-first super apps, and sovereign cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy solutions for mega-projects, municipalities, and master developers.
Commercialization and Productization
- Convert AI and spatial data capabilities into scalable SaaS, urban services, and B2B or B2G products.
Strategic Ecosystem and PPP Alliances
- Engage government stakeholders, master developers, and municipalities to position the technology as a national smart-urban standard.
Organization and Governance
- Build and mentor engineers, product leaders, and commercial experts.
- Ensure data sovereignty and high standards of corporate governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bring 12–15+ years of senior leadership experience in a COO, MD, VP, or C-level role.
- Have experience in smart cities, PropTech, geospatial or GIS platforms, Big Tech, or telecom digital arms.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in urban technology, master community solutions, 3D mapping or GIS, or AI-driven municipal platforms.
- Show a track record in P&L management, B2G or B2B deals, and the Saudi public and real estate ecosystem.
- Bring entrepreneurial vision and the ability to connect deep-technology capabilities with commercial market demands.
