Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. This position requires a results-driven leader who can balance operational efficiency with exceptional service quality, and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all business units, including project management, service delivery, and installation teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Optimize workflows, processes, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Collaborate with the CEO on business planning, financial performance, and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an executive operations role, preferably within construction, carpentry, or service-based industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management and operational budgeting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED55,000.00 - AED65,000.00 per month
