About the Role

Beverly Hills Polo Club (Fragrances) is seeking a Chief Operating & Growth Officer (COGO) to lead the next phase of global scale and transformation for its fragrance business.

This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end operations, commercial growth, and market expansion. The role blends operational excellence with aggressive growth strategy, ensuring the brand achieves sustainable profitability, global market penetration, and category leadership.

You will work closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the long-term vision, while building a high-performance organization capable of scaling across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Leadership & Growth Strategy

Lead the growth agenda for the BHPC Fragrance Business, with full ownership of revenue, profitability, and market share across regions. Define and execute a clear roadmap to scale the fragrance vertical as a core category within BHPC’s global portfolio.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies that strengthen both the fragrance business and the overall brand ecosystem.

Drive long-term planning through robust forecasting models and scalable business frameworks that support sustained expansion rather than short-term gains.

2. End-to-End Operations Leadership

Oversee the complete value chain for the BHPC Fragrance Business—from product development and sourcing to manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and retail execution.

Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and scalability across markets. Build robust systems, processes, and governance frameworks that support a growing international business.

Strengthen demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock flow, minimise obsolescence, and support consistent market supply.

3. Sales & Commercial Excellence

Lead the global sales strategy and execution for the BHPC Fragrance portfolio commercial engine across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels.

Strengthen key account management and channel partnerships to drive both sell-in and sell-out performance.

Build and deepen key account relationships while structuring effective channel strategies. Drive pricing discipline, margin optimisation, and commercial frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability.

4. Marketing & Brand Growth

Oversee the global marketing direction for the BHPC Fragrance category to ensure brand building translates into measurable business outcomes.

Align brand positioning with commercial priorities, ensuring campaigns, launches, and storytelling drive consumer engagement and conversion.

Champion data-led marketing to improve targeting, performance tracking, and return on investment.

5. Market Expansion & Distribution

Lead geographic expansion across GCC, Europe, Asia, and other high-growth markets through a structured and disciplined approach.

Build and scale distribution networks supported by strong strategic partnerships. Identify untapped opportunities within the category, including premiumisation and new product segments, ensuring expansion strengthens the brand rather than dilutes it.

6. Product & Innovation Oversight

Guide the product strategy and innovation pipeline in collaboration with global partners, ensuring all developments are aligned with consumer demand and brand positioning.

Drive faster go-to-market cycles while maintaining commercial viability.

Ensure new product launches are not only timely but deliver measurable market impact.

7. Financial Performance & Governance

Take full ownership of P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Establish strong financial discipline across the organisation through structured reporting, performance tracking, and compliance.

Continuously drive cost efficiencies and margin improvements to strengthen overall business profitability.

8. Leadership & Organisational Development

Build and lead a high-performance, cross-functional leadership team capable of delivering results across multiple markets.

Create a culture of accountability, agility, and execution excellence.

Design and evolve the organisational structure to align with growth ambitions, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across geographies.

9. Stakeholder & Board Engagement

Act as a key interface between the business and senior stakeholders, including the CEO, board members, and investors.

Provide clear and consistent updates on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

Manage relationships with global licensors, manufacturing partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, stability, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

• 12-15+ years of leadership experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors

• Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving profitable growth globally

• Strong experience in operations, supply chain, and commercial leadership

• Deep understanding of global markets, especially GCC and emerging regions

• Experience working with licensed brands and international partners
