Chief of Staff
About This Role
- Salary $100K USD to $150K USD depending on experience.
- Location: Dubai, or Asia
Working directly with a well-known founder CEO, a bestselling author & YouTube influencer with over 1M followers.
We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff / Executive Support to step in and provide structure and reduce noise. This is a high-agency operator who acts as a second in command to a CEO —someone who thinks ahead and makes decisions, You must be able to handle a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
Key responsibilities include:
- Messages
- Scheduling
- External requests (legal, media, partners, internal team)
- All inbound communication is filtered, triaged, and handled without escalation.
- Closing Loops, Tasks are driven to completion quickly.
- You connect context across time and geography:
- Travel conflicts
- Schedule Ownership, You fully control and manage the CEO calendar.
Responsibilities
- Inbox management
- Calendar and travel planning
- External coordination
- Opportunistic execution (events, introductions, logistics)
Ideal backgrounds
- Family Office, Embassy, Legal, PA / Executive Support
- Must have proven experience working with an International CEO/Founder.
- Must be AI literate, you will have full access to AI tools and internal SOPs.
