Role description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initiatives across training, mentorship, and internship operations and ensure delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.
• Manage leadership calendars and priorities; prepare briefings and reports.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and streamline internal processes.
• Support stakeholder communication, monitor programme performance metrics, and identify improvements to learner experience and organisational efficiency.
• Serve as a central coordination point to align leadership vision with execution.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and project management skills, including prioritising initiatives, defining milestones, and driving cross-functional execution.
• Operational and process improvement skills, including building workflows, documenting procedures, and optimising internal systems.
• Stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with leaders, teams, and external partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data and metrics to assess programme performance and inform decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with productivity and collaboration tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management platforms.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility for some work from home.
