Chief Medical Officer (Lead Endocrinologist)

Act as the primary medical leader, overseeing the clinical team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Develop and implement medical guidelines, protocols, and cross-functional treatment plans (integrating endocrinology with cosmetology and aesthetic medicine).

Set, track, and manage team KPIs, contributing directly to the clinic s financial and operational success.

Resolve any clinical or team conflicts and continuously improve internal medical processes.

Collaborate with the founders/investors on clinic strategy, medical equipment procurement, and financial metrics (average check, retention, conversion rates).

Conduct specialised patient consultations with a focus on endocrinology, nutrition, anti-aging, and metabolic syndrome.

Design and oversee comprehensive wellness Check-Up programs (including minimum essential lab and instrumental diagnostics).

Manage weight-loss protocols, including the monitoring and administration of GLP-1/GIP medications (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide).

Manage patient expectations ethically, setting clear boundaries between "fast results" and sustainable, healthy outcomes.

8+ years of clinical experience in Endocrinology, with prior experience in a leadership role (CMO, Deputy CMO, or Head of Department).

Active DHA license

(or in the final stages of the process: Dataflow, Prometric, eligibility letter).

Must be eligible for a Good Standing Certificate.

Fluent in Russian and proficiency in English.

Deep knowledge of international clinical guidelines (ESE, AACE) and modern protocols in anti-aging and preventative medicine.br>
