veSPACE/CRAFT Worldwide is seeking a commercially sharp and operationally experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.

The CFO will own the full financial stewardship of the company, spanning financial planning and analysis, multi-entity reporting, cash flow management, risk and compliance, and strategic business partnership across four international jurisdiction

s.Based full-time at our Tijuana, Mexico production headquarters, this is a critical hire at a pivotal stage of the company's global growth.

The CFO will work directly with the CEO and Board to drive financial discipline, support international expansion, optimize capital structure, and build the financial infrastructure to scale with the business.

  • able12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent executive
