Global CYD Finance is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Doha, Qatar.
Based in the prestigious Financial District of West Bay, the CFO will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and driving sustainable business growth through effective financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
include managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and investment management.
The CFO will oversee accounting, audit, tax, risk management, and compliance functions while ensuring the organization maintains strong financial controls and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will provide strategic financial guidance to executive management and stakeholders, support long-term corporate planning, and identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and operational improvement.
The role also involves evaluating investment opportunities, managing financial risks, maintaining banking and investor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, with extensive senior leadership experience in corporate finance, banking, investment, or financial services sectors.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic planning, analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to lead high-performing finance teams in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
This position offers a highly competitive salary of QAR 75,000 per month and the opportunity to play a critical executive role within a prestigious and rapidly growing financial organization in Qatar.
