Job Overview

Starwalk Systems is seeking a strategic and experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead the company’s financial strategy and operations.

This executive role is ideal for a finance leader with a strong background in financial planning, risk management, and organizational growth.

The CFO will oversee all financial functions, support executive decision-making, and ensure the company’s financial health and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage financial risks, compliance, and internal controls.
Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
Lead finance teams and ensure operational excellence.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
Drive financial efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and risk control.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
