We are now seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the launch and strategic growth of our specialty coffee brand.
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to build a premium brand from the ground up, backed by the resources of an established global group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the brand's vision, establishing its market presence, and driving all aspects of the business towards profitability and industry leadership.
You will be instrumental in shaping the company culture and building a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in the specialty coffee sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision, mission, and business plan for the specialty coffee brand, ensuring alignment with the core values of Our Group.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the entire organisation, fostering a culture of passion, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all business operations, including product sourcing, supply chain management, quality control, and retail/e-commerce strategy to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive the financial performance of the brand, with full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the board.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing and branding strategies to build a strong brand identity and capture a significant market share.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and new channels for growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing senior management team capable of scaling the business effectively.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, representing the company to customers, investors, partners, and the wider coffee industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, General Manager), with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling a successful business, preferably within the specialty coffee, food and beverage, or premium consumer goods sector.
- Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable, results-oriented plans.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing a full P&L.
- An authentic passion for and deep knowledge of the specialty coffee industry and its evolving trends.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
- Experience working within a larger group or corporate structure would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building robust relationships with all stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly desirable.
