Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a high-growth
***real estate development***
organization in the UAE.
This role demands strong leadership across
strategy, operations, financial management, and project execution, with a proven ability to drive
sustainable growth and premium project delivery.
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute long-term business strategy and expansion plans
- Identify new market opportunities across Dubai and the UAE
- Build strategic partnerships with investors, consultants, and government entities
- Position the company as a premium real estate developer
Business Development & Revenue
- Drive project acquisition, land sourcing, and investment strategy
- Lead high-value negotiations with investors, JV partners, and financial institutions
- Ensure revenue growth, profitability, and ROI optimization
Project Development & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end real estate lifecycle:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium standards
- Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Financial & Operational Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure cash flow optimization and capital efficiency
- Establish strong governance frameworks and operational processes
- Drive KPIs, performance tracking, and operational excellence
Sales, Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Oversee branding, marketing strategy, and project launches
- Strengthen relationships with broker networks and sales channels
- Ensure strong digital and market presence in UAE real estate
Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure compliance with UAE Real Estate Laws, RERA, and DLD regulations
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface for investors and board members
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Development (UAE Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge within the UAE real estate ecosystem
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale real estate projects
- Expertise in investment structuring, financial planning, and project feasibility
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- Exposure to luxury or premium real estate segments
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks (RERA, DLD)
