- 核心工作活动
- 管理酒店运营和工程预算
- 在工程总监缺勤的情况下监督工程部。
- 协助管理机械设备，包括设备、制冷、暖通空调、管道、水处理、电气和防火安全系统。
- 以最佳的效率、效能和安全性维护和操作设备。
- 建立并管理有效的客房维护计划。
- 确保遵守所有工程部政策、标准和程序。
- 管理部门可控开支以实现或超越预算目标。
- 选择并订购或采购新设备、用品和家具。
- 检查和评估设施的物理状况，以确定所要求工作的类型。
- 推荐或安排额外的服务，如喷漆、维修工作、装修，以及家具和设备的更换。
- 监督工程部的日常运作。

- 根据需要维护准确的日志和记录。
- 协助有效地规划、安排和评估预防性维护计划。
- 提供卓越的客户服务
- 高效处理客人的问题和投诉。

- 管理盈利能力
- 帮助确定酒店总体维护需求的优先事项。
- 确保在所有责任领域进行持续沟通，以提高业务目标意识、对期望的认识和对示范绩效的认可。
- 管理和开展人力资源活动
- 庆祝成功并公开表彰团队成员的贡献。
- 建立和维护与员工的开放协作关系。
- 确保员工受到公平、公正的对待。
- 努力改善服务表现。
- 根据对服务行为的观察，向员工提供反馈意见。
- 监督员工执行部门和酒店应急程序的能力。
- 审查员工满意度结果，并识别和解决员工的问题或疑虑。
- 征求员工反馈意见。
- 帮助确保对设备法规和安全标准的法规遵从性。
- 确保酒店政策被公平一致地执行，根据标准和当地运作程序（SOP 和 LSOP）完成惩戒程序和文件，并支持同事评议流程。
