Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities and corporate loan structures.
- Handle treasury functions including cash flow monitoring and working capital optimisation.
- Monitor collateral exposure and ensure proper execution of collateral releases.
- Manage trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs).
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate external audits.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and support month end and year end closing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience working directly with banks on corporate financial matters.
- Strong understanding of collateral management, valuation, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with trade finance instruments such as LCs and LGs.
- Strong background in financial reconciliations and reporting processes.
- Experience in treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity planning is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to build and analyse financial models for debt and balance sheet impact evaluation.
