- Inspect incoming materials and purchased parts.
- Conduct in-process inspections during fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing.
- Perform final inspections and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of generator sets.
- Verify dimensions, workmanship, paint quality, labeling, and component installation.
- Witness and record generator performance tests.
- Check compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products.
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers on quality issues.
- Ensure measuring tools and inspection equipment are properly used and calibrated.
- Support continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
