Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to assigned menus and dietary requirements.
- Meet food-safety, hygiene, sanitation, and hospital-policy standards.

- Plan daily meal preparation and manage kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality, portions, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain food storage, temperature control, stock rotation, and inventory records.
- Reduce food waste and use supplies efficiently.

- Keep kitchen equipment, utensils, and preparation areas clean.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a chef in hospital catering, healthcare facilities, institutional catering, or large-scale food service operations.
- Ability to prepare meals according to standardized menus and dietary requirements.
- Good organization and ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Ability to work in a team and manage busy service periods.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Culinary qualifications or food-safety certifications are advantageous.
