We are seeking a talented **CDP Sushi Chef** to join our culinary team and lead our sushi operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision, taste, and visual appeal.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Proper handling, storage, and rotation of fish and ingredients.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior sushi chefs.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative sushi dishes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in Japanese or Modern Japanese restaurants.
- Expertise in traditional and modern sushi techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for culinary creativity and excellence.
