Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and Oriental dishes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow standardized recipes and meal plan requirements.
- Support development of healthy and creative menu options.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, and proper storage according to kitchen standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume production kitchen and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a hot and Oriental kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Oriental cuisine, hot kitchen techniques, food preparation, cooking methods, and portion control.
- Creativity and ability to contribute to new menu development.
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
