Doha Cool and Fog W.L.L. is seeking a Chef de Partie specializing in Bakery and Pastry.
The role supports a growing food production team in a high-volume production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce bakery and pastry items according to standard recipes and production schedules.
- Oversee daily bakery and pastry section operations.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Monitor ingredient usage, inventory, and storage conditions.
- Ensure proper handling of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards, including HACCP and GMP compliance.
- Train and guide junior staff as needed.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to meet targets and resolve issues.
Qualifications and requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in bakery or pastry operations; food-factory or bakery production experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, pastry production, and finishing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
- Good understanding of food-safety standards and quality control.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Compensation
