Overview
We are hiring a **qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** for the position of **Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts** in our growing Real Estate and Hospitality group.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, leadership ability, and hands‑on experience in industry‑specific accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Support management with financial insights and MIS reports
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- **Chartered Accountant (CA)** qualification is mandatory
- **Minimum 5 years of experience**, preferably in real estate or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
