Chart Acquisition Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Experience:
• Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft OfficeTM, Microsoft ExcelTM, Microsoft WordTM and Microsoft OutlookTM required
• Experience using Kofax CaptureTM or compatible application
• Experience using OnBaseTM or compatible application
• Knowledge of Athena IDX billing system (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in assigned electronic medical record systems (training provided)
• Proficiency using mySCP Care (training provided)
• CONTACTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION:
• Frequent contact with Department Leadership, HM Operations, RCS PreBilling
• Frequent contact with SCP HIT team members
• Intermittent contact with contracted facility support staff, global vendors
• WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Professional setting
• Continuous sitting
• Continuous oral & written communication and listening skills
• Continuous computer use
• Access to high-speed internet connectivity and cell phone for DUO authentication across internal systems and EMRs
• Job requires a high level of mental awareness
