**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Job Type:** Full-Time \| Contract (24 Months) \| Permanent
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Charge Nurse (DHA Licensed)** to lead and supervise nursing operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, maintain compliance with DHA regulations, and provide strong clinical leadership within the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Nursing staff
- Ensure patient care is delivered in line with DHA standards and protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Assign duties and manage patient allocation effectively
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and families regarding care plans
- Oversee proper usage and maintenance of medical equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- **Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse)**
- Minimum **1 year clinical experience** (hospital or home care preferred)
- **BLS Certification** (or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months)
- Proven **leadership or supervisory experience**
