Role overview

Lead and support Business Systems Analysts while contributing directly as an analyst within a digital banking delivery squad.

Support client-focused capabilities for online and mobile banking applications, balancing people leadership with hands-on analysis.

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.

Key responsibilities

  • Coach and support analysts, build their capabilities, prioritize work, and help deliver online and mobile banking initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into requirements, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, design, and testing partners as an embedded delivery squad analyst.
  • Maintain high-quality technical writing and analysis artifacts.
  • Clarify stakeholder needs, resolve issues, and support informed decisions throughout delivery.
  • Improve analysis practices, documentation standards, and team ways of working.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience in technical writing and business systems analysis for online and mobile banking applications.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Coaching and hands-on support experience to help team members meet goals.
  • Ability to investigate complex problems and communicate detailed information meaningfully.
  • Agile delivery experience and experience supporting complex digital banking platforms are assets.
